A-26 INVADER: Legends of Warfare

The Douglas Invader has the distinction of being used by the U.S. in a combat role in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Originally created as an attack aircraft with up to 14 forward-firing .50-caliber machine guns as well as bombs and rockets, the Invader was well suited for ground strikes when war broke out in Korea in 1950.
