From a private collection in Italy, these previous unpublished works by Francis Bacon are presented here in thematic sections, each of which is preceded by a short introductory text. Nearly 700 drawings, pastels, and collages were gifted by Bacon over the course of many years to his friend, Cristiano Lovatelli Ravarino. Text in English and Italian. Fully illustrated most in color.
